As part of the logistical and customs organisation of exportation, professional data (required for the preparation of transport documents and certificates) is transferred to our partners located in our areas of operation:
- Europe, Maghreb and Middle East: Transfer to freight forwarders, customs agents and local authorities to ensure the delivery and customs clearance of goods.
- West Africa: Transfer to our production partners and origin inspection offices for traceability monitoring and product compliance.
5. Retention and Archiving
