Brand Origin: Heritage and Mission
The creation of LADYLICES is the culmination of a deep commitment and a personal story rooted in West Africa. As the granddaughter of farmers in Kongoussi, Burkina Faso, I grew up admiring the work of the land. My grandparents cultivated with a sacred respect for nature, using ancestral methods that naturally preserved the purity of the fruits, without ever resorting to chemicals.
This heritage of respect and quality is today the beating heart of our company. I witnessed the hardship of this work, but also the immense richness of African terroirs. This double experience defined our purpose: to transform every harvest into a source of pride and sustainable development.
Our Mission: A Bridge Between Continents
LADYLICES addresses the urgency of a dual challenge. On one hand, the massive waste of fruit: today, more than 50% of the production remains unsold, an unacceptable situation given the continent’s needs. On the other hand, the growing demand from European consumers for healthy, ethical products with exemplary traceability.
Thanks to our unique structure, with a direct export presence in Africa and import presence in Europe, we connect excellent products to global markets. We thus guarantee the full valuation of production and the sustainable improvement of the living conditions of our partner farmers. For us, ethical rigor and the promotion of organic and natural agriculture are not mere options, but the absolute foundation of our reliability.
